Once it finds the source of that chaos it proceeds to eliminate it. And then as a gift to the world the chaos was on it liberates the world of its chaos by granting it the perfect order of oblivion. The Darkness has destroyed many worlds in the past. When a world is destroyed by The Darkness is is completely removed from existence. The darkness obliterate every last atom, leaving the world in oblivion. This was the last victim of the Darkness. After sensing the power of the Chaos Emeralds it has proceeded to move towards its next target... earth.
