Model Changes: Quill shape adjusted. Quills made to shine from light and crystal textured. Shoes recreated. Gloved colored and have arm back cover. Added fringe to forehead. Black bands added to arms. Black patches added and moved.
Personality: Contrary to his element, Kalto is very warm and outgoing. He however has a bad habit of worrying. If there's a reason to worry, he'll worry. Despite this he is an able bodied fighter, utilizing his cold powers and physical strength effectively. He'd rather talk then fight though.
Artist Commentary: Kalto was a fun one to create. I personally love that the pattern on his quills reminds me of snow crystals. I also rather like his glove design. The forehead fringe was a paint to create though.
